Kapil Sharma Paid Rs 15 Crore Tax – Made The Forbes Highest Paid Celebrity

Indian ace comedian Kapil Sharma is now the highest paid television anchor of Indian history. He proves one can earn handsome amount of money from Indian television industry. International brand Forbes also enlisted his name in the highest paying celebrity list of the previous year.

Kapil Sharma began his career much before his own show, Comedy Night With Kapil. He started as a stand up comedian in a Punjabi channel called mh1. Then he won Laughter challenge show on national television. Now he is getting seen in The Kapil Sharma Show in a brand new avatar.

Kapil Sharma earns around Rs 60 to 80 crore each episode along with several brand endorsements and reality shows. His yearly earning is more than Rs 70 crore approx. He paid 15 crore tax to Indian Government this year.
