Glenn Maxwell is an Australian star batsman who scored a ton against Sri Lanka in the ongoing T20 series. Australia breaks the highest T20 total (263/3) by 263 runs for 3 wickets. The highest T20 individual score of Aaron Finch was unbeaten.

Maxwell was not in the ODI team due to his poor average with bat. He scored 10 averages in his last 10 matches. But this day was special for him as he opened the batting for the first time with David Warner in this comeback match. Maxwell scored 50 of just 27 balls and cracks the ton at 17th over by a glorious boundary for 4 off Thisara Perera.
